You may be wondering if you will receive mail on December 31st or wondering if New Years Eve 2009 is a USPS Holiday? The answer is that is it not a holiday that the United States Postal Service observes. So you will receive mail on New Year Eve which falls on December 31 2009. All mail will be delivered normally on this non-governmental holiday. New Years Day 2010 is a holiday however so no US mail will be delivered on New Years Eve.</p>
